These terms apply to your use of AeoWatch. They're intentionally short and plain, aren't legal advice, and we may update them as the product evolves. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
AeoWatch measures how AI answer engines describe your brand and reports it as ranges with confidence. AI answers are non-deterministic and third-party engines change over time, so our measurements are estimates provided for your information — not guarantees of accuracy, ranking, or outcomes.
Accounts & billing
New accounts receive 250 free credits once, shared across their projects. The seven-day expiry starts when you first open your workspace. Unused free credits expire; they do not refill monthly. This grant needs no payment method and does not renew automatically.
The optional Starter subscription trial starts when you complete checkout and lasts seven days. It requires a payment method, uses your remaining account grant without adding another grant, and sets the remaining free credits to expire at the subscription trial end. Cancel before that trial ends to avoid the first payment. Otherwise, Starter begins paid monthly billing at the price shown in checkout and renews automatically. You can skip this checkout and use any remaining account grant.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly subscription through our payment provider, Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Current plans and prices are shown at aeowatch.ai/#pricing and may change.
No warranty; liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AeoWatch isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Acceptable use
Please don't submit false information or someone else's details without permission, attempt to disrupt the service or others, or resell the service without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that appear to be spam or abuse.
Intellectual property
The AeoWatch name, content, and design belong to us — please don't copy or reuse them without permission. The brand, competitor, and prompt data you enter remains yours.
