These terms apply to your use of AEO Watch. They're intentionally short and plain, aren't legal advice, and we may update them as the product evolves. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

AEO Watch measures how AI answer engines describe your brand and reports it as ranges with confidence. AI answers are non-deterministic and third-party engines change over time, so our measurements are estimates provided for your information — not guarantees of accuracy, ranking, or outcomes.

Accounts & billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly subscription through our payment provider, Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Current plans and prices are shown at aeowatch.ai/#pricing and may change.

No warranty; liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AEO Watch isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

Acceptable use

Please don't submit false information or someone else's details without permission, attempt to disrupt the service or others, or resell the service without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that appear to be spam or abuse.

Intellectual property

The AEO Watch name, content, and design belong to us — please don't copy or reuse them without permission. The brand, competitor, and prompt data you enter remains yours.
